About Cristy Willis

I have been selling real estate in the Twin Cities and greater Twin Cities area for 17 years. I live and office in Eden Prairie. I serve the entire Twin Cities and greater Twin Cities metro areas, with a good majority of my business being in the west and southwest metro areas. I work with sellers and buyers in all price points and truly enjoy the variety of helping everyone from first time home buyers to investors to growing families.  
 
I graduated from University of St Thomas with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.  Life ended up leading me to real estate, which has turned out to be the most perfect fit as I'm able to use many of the same skills needed in journalism. From interacting with people from all walks of life, to writing detailed marketing descriptions about homes I have listed, to truly listening to what my clients need/want and helping them achieve their real estate goals, my career choice has been a perfect fit. I have been very blessed and have yet to meet a client that I haven't loved working with!
 
My husband, Mosiah, is a licensed real estate agent, as well as a general contractor. He has been in the construction industry for 20+ years and has experience in every aspect of home building/construction. He works on his own to insure every thing he puts his name on is done to the absolute highest level possible. He has a handful of subcontractors whom he has used for years that he can rely on when he has a larger project that needs completion. 
When we had our third daughter we decided to license him in real estate as I was in need of an assistant.  The knowledge he had already provided for my clients over the years in regard to the home buying and selling processes had been invaluable, and I knew I would never find anyone better to assist with taking care of my clients.  He does a good amount of remodeling when he is not busy helping our clients through the inspection processes and attending showings to give his professional opinion on the condition of the home they are interested in.
 
When you work with us you will NEVER get handed off to anyone else.  We have a great support system within Edina Realty that provides us with fantastic marketing and overall client care, however, Mosiah and I are the only people our clients interact with directly on a daily basis. This is by design as we want to make sure our clients are treated with the highest level of care and we know that is guaranteed if one of us in working with them every step of the way.
